Shipping Policy

All orders in India are Shipped Through Registered Domestic Courier Companies only.

Orders are Shipped Within 4-9 Working Days or as Per the Delivery Date Agreed at the Time of Order Confirmation and Delivering of the Shipment Subject to Courier Company/Post Office Norms.

VBN Craft is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-9 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of Order Confirmation.

VBN Craft is responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@vbncraft.in and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from My Order section.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse or vendor location.
